On October 26th, we hosted one of our SENT 2023 Conference Series, titled “L’esperienza dei senior, una preziosa risorsa per i giovani,” in the beautiful city of Torino, Italy. The event took place at the Sermig Arsenal of Peace and was a resounding success, delving into various crucial topics. These discussions included intergenerational cooperation, the concept of Active Ageing, and the profound impact of our SENT 2023 initiatives alongside other projects within our membership.
We were thrilled to see our event even mentioned in the prominent Italian newspaper, La Stampa. Distinguished speakers shared their insights and expertise, notably including Daniele Ballarin, the Director of Operations at Sermia; Gianmaria Scapin, President of VSP; Jacopo Rosatelli, Councillor for Social Policies, Health, Housing, Rights, and Equal Opportunities for the City of Turin; and Ismael Paez Civico, Executive Coordinator at CESES.
